Congratulations to all the team & staff at the new Port Lincoln Hotel who have scooped the pools recently, coming away with a number of awards.

Officially opened in December 2007, the $55 million 4 star hotel has come a long way in a short time winning the State & National Best Mid Range Accomodation, the Best Redeveloped Licensed Premises( country) & Best Overall Hotel in South Australia at the 2008 AHA Awards night.

Former Adelaide Crows captain & superstar Mark Ricciuto & current captain & gun player Simon Goodwin along with the Hurley Group co own the hotel which is keeping Port Lincoln on the maps & attracting a host of visitors to the region.

The hotel has it all with great resteraunts, bars & the accomodation is absolutly spot on with fantastic views of the Boston Bay & Boston Island & our clients that  have  stayed at the hotel, certainly agree with all giving the big thumbs up !!

Congrats as well to another well known local, Chris Bunder & his team at Cafe Del Giornio, which is just down the street from the new Hotel, & overlooking Boston Bay who got the gong for Best Cafe in SA, so awards everywhere & another good reason to get over here & check the Eyre Peninsula out first hand !
