Payment: 20% deposit required on all bookings. Balance due 40 days prior to tour. Bookings made 30 day before tour are to be paid in full.
Cancellations: A 20% cancellation fee of total tour cost applies for administration fees. No refund will be given in the event of cancelling within 30 days of tour, if you fail to join the tour or leave early whilst on tour.
Goin’ off Safaris do not accept liability for loss or damage to baggage, sickness or injury, or additional expenses caused by factors beyond the control of the company.
Itineraries: Are subject to alterations without notice and intension. Alterations may come due to weather or road conditions.
Minimum no’s: It is unlikely that a tour would be cancelled, however Goin Off Safaris have the right to cancel tours with less than 3 passengers if deemed necessary.
Insurance: Personal Travel Insurance is strongly recommended for all tours. We will not be held responsible for any personal injuries or loss of property.
Luggage: Please keep luggage to a minimum, packed in a small suite case or backpack, however prior arrangements can be made.
